Help with Eden GLP.

Eden GLP (listed on the App Store as Christian GLP-1 Weight Tracker) is a calm, private app for tracking a GLP-1 or peptide weight journey. You log your doses, weight, protein, water, activity, and how you feel, and you can review your trends over time. It also includes an optional faith layer that you can turn all the way off.

Eden GLP is free to use while it is in early release. If that changes, we will make it clear in the app before anything involves payment.

No. Eden GLP is a tracking tool, not a medical adviser. It records the medication and schedule you enter, but it never recommends, prescribes, or adjusts a dose, compound, or supplier, and it does not give medical advice. Add your medication and schedule once, then mark each dose as taken when you take it. Eden GLP holds your record and can remind you before the next scheduled dose.

Add a weight entry whenever you weigh in. Eden GLP charts it over time against your goal, with honest axes so the trend is easy to read.

Yes. You can set the date and time on an entry so your record reflects what really happened. Entries are kept to real dates and times, so you cannot log a future dose.

Point your camera at a food barcode and Eden GLP looks up its nutrition information so you can log it quickly. The scan runs on your device, and the lookup uses the Open Food Facts open database.

Where available, you can optionally connect Apple Health so weight and related data flow in without re-entering it. You control that access in the iOS Health and Privacy settings and can turn it off at any time.

If you allow notifications, Eden GLP schedules a gentle reminder before your next dose. Reminders are scheduled locally on your device. There is no push server, so nothing about your schedule leaves your phone to send them.

Turn notifications off for Eden GLP in iOS Settings, or adjust your reminders in the app. With notifications off, the app stops scheduling them.

On your device. Doses, weight, notes, reflections, and settings are stored locally on your phone. We do not upload them to our servers.

No. There is no account and no sign-in, and your health data is not sent to us, so we cannot see it and we do not hold a copy of it.

Delete individual entries in the app, or remove the app from your device to delete its local data. Because the data lives on your device, removing it there removes it.

Because your data lives on your device rather than in a cloud account, it does not sync between phones on its own. A full encrypted device backup and restore through Apple can carry an app's data to a new device. If you are moving phones, back up before you switch, and email us if you would like a hand.

It is an optional layer of gentle encouragement: a short reflection, a blessing on shot day, and quiet-time prayers. It is there to support you, never to judge a hard week.

Yes, all the way off. In settings you can dial it down or switch it off entirely, and Eden GLP works as a clean, private tracker without it.

No. Faith features never gate your ability to log or track. Logging a dose or a weight is always available, whatever your faith settings.
