Terms of Service

1. The Service

Eden GLP ("the App"), listed on the App Store as "Christian GLP-1 Weight Tracker", is a personal tracking app provided by Marshall Matters Ventures Pte. Ltd. ("we", "us", or "our"), a Singapore company with UEN 202603347K. The service includes the Eden GLP iOS app and the website at edenglp.com. The App helps you record and review your own GLP-1 or peptide journey, including doses, weight, and related metrics, and it includes an optional faith layer. It stores what you log on your own device.

2. Not Medical Advice

Eden GLP is a tracking tool. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it does not recommend, prescribe, or adjust any medication, dose, compound, schedule, or supplier. Information you see in the App is for your own record-keeping and reflection only. Always follow the guidance of your prescriber and pharmacist, and consult a qualified healthcare professional before making any decision about your medication or health. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something in the App. If you think you may have a medical emergency, contact your local emergency services immediately. 3. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our Medical Disclaimer. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use the App. GLP-1 and peptide regimens are decisions made with a qualified prescriber. If a minor is under such care, an adult parent or guardian should set up and oversee any tracking.

5. Your Data and Your Content

What you enter into the App, such as medications, doses, weight, notes, and reflections, is stored on your device. You own this content. Because we do not host or receive it, you are responsible for keeping your device and any backups you make secure, and for the accuracy of what you record. We recommend you keep an independent record of anything you rely on, since data stored only on a device can be lost if the device is lost, damaged, reset, or the App is removed.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App, except where this restriction is prohibited by law;
  • Use the App in any unlawful way or to infringe the rights of others;
  • Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App, the website, or their infrastructure;
  • Rely on the App as a source of medical advice or as a substitute for professional care.

7. The Faith Layer

The App includes an optional faith layer, such as a short reflection, a shot-day blessing, and quiet-time prayers. It is optional, you can turn it off completely, and it never gates your ability to log or track. This content is provided for encouragement and personal reflection and is not religious, pastoral, or professional counsel.

8. Availability and Changes to the Service

We aim to keep the App and website available and working, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue features or the service at any time, with or without notice.

9. Intellectual Property

The App itself, including its software, design, branding, the Eden GLP name and mascot, text, and other materials we provide (excluding your own content), is owned by Marshall Matters Ventures Pte. Ltd. and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from these materials without our written consent.

10. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device, which also removes its local data from that device. We may suspend or terminate access, or discontinue the App, to protect the service, other users, or to comply with law.

11. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", to the maximum extent allowed by law, without warranties of any kind, including any warranty that the App is accurate, reliable, or fit for managing a medical condition. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that data stored on your device will be preserved without loss.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Marshall Matters Ventures Pte. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any harm arising from decisions you make about your health or medication, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim related to the service shall not exceed the greater of the amounts you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or SGD 100. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the service is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Medical Disclaimer, constitute the entire agreement between you and Marshall Matters Ventures Pte. Ltd. regarding your use of the service.
